1.In using the milling machine, special and fixed persons takes charge and the operator must possess special technique. Make sure to be trained before using if some one want to use the milling machine so as to make them understand function principle and operation regulations.
2.For working order, we should establish “the equipment maintenance and safe operation system” . Simultaneously there are indispensable examining and repairing tools and lube grease.
3.We need examination and repairing if we use the machine some time and replace the wearing parts. Before the rubbing roller device is used, the concerned must examine the bolt and nut and make sure the lube is enough.
4.When the rubbing roller device is used uninterruptedly 500 hours or about , we need exchange new rubbing roller and clear the axletree. If the axletree is damaged then the old must be replaced by the new and the concerned can filling oil by manual work butter gun.
